Thomas Nugent Architects bureau was founded in 1993 by Thomas Nugent (Vyacheslav Ovsyannikov), who has graduated from Moscow Architecture Institute and School of Architectural Association in London.
Having started architectural practice in Moscow, he has moved in 1981 to London, where he worked with Richard Rogers, and has been associate director of projects in Jacob Blacker Architects bureau. In 15 years he has projected and implemented a lot of projects in the sphere of private and commercial estate, mainly in London, including reconstruction of historical buildings, one-family and apartment houses, office buildings, hotels, apartment and shops interiors, as well as took part in international contests.
